The Power of Morning Meditation – My Experiences After 10 Years

Dear community,

I would like to share my experiences with morning meditation practice, which I have been cultivating for over 10 years.

It all started when I was searching for inner peace during a difficult phase of life. A friend recommended that I sit in silence for just 10 minutes every morning. What began as a small experiment became an indispensable part of my life.

My routine:

  • Wake up at 5:30 AM
  • Short breathing exercises (Pranayama)
  • 20 minutes of silent meditation
  • 10 minutes of chakra visualization
  • Gratitude journaling

The changes I have noticed are profound: less anxiety, more clarity, better intuition, and a deep feeling of connection with everything that exists.
