I would like to share my experiences with morning meditation practice, which I have been cultivating for over 10 years.
It all started when I was searching for inner peace during a difficult phase of life. A friend recommended that I sit in silence for just 10 minutes every morning. What began as a small experiment became an indispensable part of my life.
