Essential Oils:
100% natural plant extracts (e.g., lavender, peppermint, lemon)
Obtained via distillation, cold pressing, or extraction
Used for therapeutic or emotional benefits
Synthetic or Blended Fragrance Oils:
Often lab-created or diluted in carrier oils
Commonly used in candles, perfumes, diffusers
Less suitable for therapeutic or skin applications
Meditation & Rituals: e.g., sandalwood for grounding, myrrh for purification
