Hypnosis
The conscious gateway to the subconscious – between suggestion and self-revelation
Definition:
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness characterized by intense focus, deep relaxation, and heightened suggestibility. In this state, the critical, analytical mind is softened, allowing direct access to the subconscious. Hypnosis is used for therapy, personal development, healing, and in spiritual or esoteric practices.
Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is not sleep, but a state of awake awareness in which a person becomes receptive to inner imagery, guidance, and transformation. It opens access to inner resources and can serve as a tool for change, healing, and expanded insight.
