Here, psychometry is an extrasensory perception technique. The idea:
A person with psychometric abilities can perceive information about an object's history, owner, or past events by touching it.
A typical example would be:
A psychic person holds an old piece of jewelry in their hand and "sees" images or senses feelings from its previous owner.
Or they receive intuitive impressions about things that have happened to the object (e.g., accidents, loss, grief).
The basic assumption:
Objects energetically "store" information, and sensitive people can read or sense this information – similar to an emotional fingerprint.
