Shadow Work
"One does not become enlightened by imagining luminous figures,
but by becoming aware of the darkness." – C. G. Jung
What is the shadow?
The shadow is everything you repress, reject, or don't want to see – within yourself.
But: It doesn't disappear. It operates from the unconscious.
Can contain:
Anger, jealousy, fear, greed
but also: creativity, sexuality, strength (if suppressed!)
Shadow work means:
Taking an honest look at what you project ("The other person is so arrogant!" → maybe yourself?)
Reading dreams, emotions, and conflicts as a mirror of the shadow
Integrating the shadow, not fighting it → from this arises strength and wholeness
